Project Overview:
This was a repaint of a beautiful heritage building in South Yarra, Melbourne. Keim is often the product of choice on Heritage buildings due to its breathability and longevity.
An interesting Coating system was used. Keim Royalan for the first 2 coats with a Keim Concretal Lasur applied over the top to give an 'aged' appearance.
