KEIM Soldalit-Fixative equalises the absorbency of mineral substrates and repair patches before the Soldalit base coat, and thins Soldalit and Soldalit-Grob on highly absorbent surfaces, ensuring an even, well-bonded finish.

KEIM Soldalit-Fixative is a silicate primer and thinner based on sol-silicate, a combination of silica sol and water glass. It is used as a primer on highly absorbent substrates or partial repair areas, and as a thinner for KEIM Soldalit and KEIM Soldalit-Grob in the base coat on highly absorbent substrates. Free from added solvents and plasticisers, it is the essential companion product for the KEIM Soldalit exterior system. KEIM Soldalit-Fixative is awarded with Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and C2C Certified Material Health Certificate™ Gold.
